This is the largest new RV resort in Florida, having opened in December 2020 with 411 RV sites. We hung out here a week and it's a great place to stay. this is not a business, this is a prison! Don’t come here!!! They refused my refund and hung up again! I will be contacting the owners about these individuals. Lastly, after being humiliated by the most two unprofessional people I ha e EVER met, I called back to get my refund for the month because I wanted to leave. ![]() He proceeded to tell me if I did not stop talking he was going to hang up on me! I could not believe my ears? Furthermore, he proceeded to tell me I was just “ a mouth that would not stop talking”! In all of my years, I truly have never had anyone talk to me the way these “managers” had talked to me, today. He, I have seen many times driving around with a beer in his hands early afternoon, I expected to at least listen. I called again, then the second Manager received my phone. Discussing the original failure to notify me of my past due rent (not yelling or swearing), the “manager” outright hung up on me. ![]() After trying to contact management for four hours and they outright refusing to talk with me, I finally was able to get someone on the phone. Today I experienced the rudest people I have ever experienced in 20 years of camping adventures.
